Shipping & Returns

Our products are shipped FedEx ground and are usually ready to ship 2-5 days from order date.

We guarantee our products against defects but beyond that we do not eccept returns unless the buyer is prepared to pay for the return shipping. If shipped back to us withing 15 days and in the exact same condition we shipped we will refund your purchase minus a restocking fee of $75.00.

We are located in Redding California Local pickups are always welcome and local delivery options may be available.

NOTE: our products are manufactured in a machine shop and often take on characteristics such as scuffs, scratches and discoloration due to the materials used and manufacturing process. These are not considered defects and do not effect the performance of the units.
